Amazing Jumps, Tents, & Events

There are no 0 or negative reviews, if there were I would select those. We had scheduled and paid in advance these people for today 10.30.21 to set up a tent for 8 hours from 12-8 pm. at 2 pm after tellings us repeatedly that the people will be at our home a little bit late, they said that they are canceling the tent today. what a scam of a business. At least they are great at ruining Birthday parties. What kind of people to deal with that can tell you 2 hours after they were supposed to deliver on their services, that they are canceling on you. I don't have words, just shameful and not trustworthy at all. Stay away from irresponsible people and a business like this. I should have read the reviews as apparently we were not the only ones to be treated this way. I hope they run out of this business soon so no more parties can be ruined.

Can only give a partial review as I contacted the owner Bobby via text message per his request left on the business's voicemail. The owner couldn't even take 2 minutes to talk to me on the phone. Received a text response, "Won't be able to do it Saturday. Booked" Not a "sorry I couldn't accommodate your request" or a "thank you for wanting to business with my company". Nothing but a lazy response via text. Not very professional in my opinion and clearly indicates his "effort" in customer satisfaction. I will be contacting another local company to do business with them, at least she took time to answer my phone call and even offered me a discount as this is a community event for local children.
