Just a word of warning to customers that expect to be treated as a valued customer when returning defective printer ink cartridges , Forget about it ! My wife purchased a $ 58.00 color combo by HP that when she got home and opened the outer pkg found the inner color pkg was opened and she immediately returned to the store to exchange it . She was refused exchange or refund . I understand there are many skammers that do this sort of thing . But my wife is a 60 yr.old retired Buisness owner of Albion and we know and respect "Policy " But this smug assistant Manager would not even be bothered to atleast look into it . With todays technology it is very easy to go by serial # and and scanned skue # to prove time and proof of purchase .At the very least ,If not going to stand behind your sales , Put a sign stating (Purchase at your own risk ) . No Refunds or Exchanges . Or Open product at register .... So I called HP directly as directed and got even less satisfaction . Done with walmart ,,,
