Silent Wolf Armament

Called them to get a price on a pistol. They gave me a fantastic price. I told them I wanted to check another local dealer. The other dealer had it on hand, granted at $60 more than the price from Silent Wolf Armament (that $60 more price was the other dealers sale price, so it would of been even more if not for being on sale). Unfortunately I made the impulse decision to purchase it from the dealer that was $60 more. I called Silent Wolf Armament back to let them know, out of courtesy. They were not even upset, they were just happy that I got the firearm I wanted. They even told me that in the time that I originally called them they found out that the pistol I purchased was available for a consumer rebate of $100. They even offered to walk me through the process of filling out the rebate form. I went to their location with the pistol, they helped me fill out the rebate form, scanned a copy of my sales receipt and submitted the form online for me. Even though I didn't purchase it from them, they happily saved me $100. These two are the best, they actually put customers first. I really wish I didn't do the impulse buy and went with them. I definitely will from now on.

Was wanting to purchase my first firearm. I called them not knowing what I wanted. I set up an appointment. When I go there, they already had a lot of different firearms laid out for me to hold. Both Robert and Carrol nicely explained, when I asked them what they thought I should I get, that it doesn't matter what they think. That all that matters is what fits my hand, points naturally, works with how I'm going to cc it, I'm comfortable with it, know how to operate it and that I can shoot it without difficulty. They even let me rent a couple different guns so I could see what actually worked for me. I couldn't be happier. I am so glad that I found Silent Wolf Armament. On top of all of that, the firearm was $80 less than the cheapest I could find it online afterwards. Don't let the house fool you, these two are the best.

I was a little nervous with purchasing my first NFA item. However Robert at Silent Wolf Armament walked me through everything. From going the individual or trust route, the easiest and closest place to get my fingerprints done, where around that did the passport photos, ATF wait times and what I needed with me when I take them out after my forms are approved. Most of all we sat and talked for at least two hours on the different types of suppressors and short barreled rifles that are available and what I wanted out of them. Not once did he try to push me towards one type or the other, he very professionally and unbiasedly pointed out the pro's and con's of each one and let me decide. Ended up going the AR Pistol route for right now and will SBR it later, which they said they would walk me through the e-form process right there in their office. Not only that but I was able to rent/demo a couple different suppressors from them to see exactly how they handled and sounded different before purchasing one. Definitely will be purchasing from them again.
