        Overall

        I rent from this location at least twice a year and I have always been very pleased with the service. I appreciate that they always call and confirm a couple of days prior and everything is ready when I arrive.

        Service sucks

        The last 3 times I've rented from here has been awful. It's time I was to pick up the car @ 2. They had closed at 1 n never called to let me know. 2nd time I rented a minivan. They called me an hour before pickup to tell me they didn't have one. They car the gave me started smoking halfway to my destination and I ended up having to switch out the car after having to go to 2 different airports. 3rd time was this holiday weekend. I returned the car on Sunday and they charged me 2 extra days of rental. What? 3rd strike Enterprise. I will never rent from you again and I hope that anyone reading this takes my warning.
