While other companies offered free designs, we soon realized the immense value of Precise Contracting's design service in customizing our walls, cabinet layout, tile selections, and more.
We insisted on visualizing the kitchen remodeling project before commencement, and Precise Contracting delivered precisely that. The entire process, from design organization to demo, subcontractor scheduling, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, framing, wall removal, beam installation, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, marble countertop addition, and the custom insert, was seamlessly managed.
Although the custom insert took an additional three weeks or a month after the project completion, owner John Garcia kept us informed about its custom-made nature and necessary cabinet modifications. Despite our initial impatience, the wait proved worthwhile. Our investment of over 50k and the two-month project duration, mainly due to the custom insert, have been justified as our kitchen remains flawless even after a year.
