Elite Lawn Maintenance

Elite Lawn & Maintenance installed a pea gravel driveway at our home. The contractor we dealt with laid so much gravel in our driveway, that my husband was unable to drive his pickup truck through it. We currently have a pile of gravel in our yard that is enough pea gravel to lay an entire new driveway. Not only were we over charged for inordinately more gravel than we will ever need, but we are left with a driveway that we have had to put alot of sweat into, to make it driveable for our family. We were told by Kenneth on numerous occasions that he would do what ever it took to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. He cashed our check knowing that the driveway was barely functional for us and knowing that it needed to be graded several more times. After the 2nd grading, we told his employee that we would need at least one more grading to get it where we expect it to be. I have tried over the course of 3 or more months to get Kenneth to make good on his word, on his verbal commitment to our satisfaction and he has been nothing but unprofessional and dishonest. When you pay someone to do a job, you expect it to be completed to your satisfaction. It's that simple.
