Michael`s BOOT & SHOE REPAIR

I took my brand new suede heels here to get a small coffee spot on the toe cleaned, and I had an awful experience. He cleaned the spot, but it looked like he just rubbed them with a rough towel. The suede was ruined.... I could have done as good a job on my own. Also, when I got my shoes home, I noticed a NEW black smudge on each of the toes that was not there when I dropped them off the first time. When I took them back, he accused me of wearing them and getting them dirty again myself. (REALLY! I bring them back one day later and I have already worn them and got them dirty! I think not!!) After picking them up for the SECOND time, he charged me $30; the full price for two cleanings. I was pissed!!



I had also taken one flip flop in to get the strap fixed, and when I went to pick it up the first time, he had to search for it just to inform me that the task was more difficult than he expected, so I would have to pick them up tomorrow. YA RIGHT!!!! The truth is he misplaced the shoe and forgot all about it... AND CHARGED ME FOR THAT FIX TOO!



IF YOU LIKE YOUR SHOES, THEN DON'T TAKE THEM HERE!! Try another place! Maybe their specialty is leather, but they do not know how to clean any other type of material shoes, and customer service is nonexistent!!
