Leroy Alford DDS, MS served in the Army in Germany for three years and then moved to Kansas City for a combined residency and masters program in Periodontology (gum disease). After a two year teaching and clinical program at the Birmingham, Alabama VA Hospital and University of Alabama Dental School he moved to Rome, Georgia. Dr. Alford has been married for 42 years to Caroline Alford. Caroline is active in Rome Federated Garden Club, State Board of The Garden Club of Georgia, and she is active in managing the office. Caroline is an amazing cook and even has her own cookbook! Her cookbook "Cooking with Caroline" is available at our office. He had a very successful practice for thirty years which he sold in 2005. Now instead of retirement he decided to open a new practice in the growing community of Adairsville. It’s a great small city with a big future!
