        I would consider myself fairly "handy" at solving my own pc issues, but recently I had problems that I could not figure out. I found OMG Tech Help online and figured I'd give it a shot, especially since they offer a money-back guarantee. They performed a free diagnostic on my machine and determined that they could indeed fix me up. I went ahead and had them remotely fix my pc and I gotta say... it was well worth it!!! I was able to speak to the technician working on my pc and he even clued me in on a few ways to help fix the issue in the future if it happens again. They really seem to care about the customer, which is VERY refreshing now-a-days! I'd definitely recommend them!

        These guys are great! I've had a virus in my computer for 6 months. I've called several Companies and was disappointed when I was talking with a guy I barely could understandstand! Then I called this Company and they walked me through the entire process and helped me to get it up and running. It works faster now then it did before I had a virus.
