Americas Best Heating and Cooling

Chris has been providing service and inspections for our heating/AC for about 5 years. Last week Chris, Reggie and Jessie installed a new Trane system. They worked late into the evening to ensure that we would have heat that night. Have always been courteous, responsive and explained exactly what they were doing. I will be continuing my service agreement going forward.

Chris & Reginald are true professionals. They replaced our AC unit and Air Handler. They performed an exceptional job and my wife and I are very pleased with their work. The customer service received was great! They provided answers to all questions/concerns my wife and I had.
They cleaned up after themselves, had the old equipment removed and ensured all lines ran were dressed/tied neatly, vice just left laying around.
If you have a job that needs to be done professionally and correctly...They are the ones to call for sure.

My ac went out during an awful heat wave in vb and Americas best came out that day! Turned out I needed a whole new unit and they installed it the very next day. they stayed until it was all done (11pm) and were so helpful and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. I am beyond satisfied with the service and excellent customer service! Chris was great he is very professional. Every time I called him (@least 10 times) he answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied. Excellent communication from them! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service was great and reasonable prices too. Will hire them again. Had an ac problem and they were able to come the same day.

Chris Probst was very polite and quick. I called 5 different HVAC companies before I got a hold of Americas Best and none of them could offer me an appointment within 4 days! Chris showed up and fixed the problem within 2-3 hours of my initial phone call to them! The parts were a pretty penny, but I don't have any reason to believe the price I paid wasn't standard across the board. especially since they waive the diagnostic fee when you get them to perform the service. Chris also gave me advice of Pest control and future HVAC services. I will be calling again for their business.

Just had another installation done by America's Best Heating and Cooling. Chris and Reginald installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for our room over the garage, works great. Excellent work and work ethic to both of them. Highly recommended.



Ended up needing to replace my 29yr old Trane heating and cooling system. So decided to install another Trane system. There were troubles with the old thermostat and cooling system wiring. The HVAC techs/installers Chris and Reginald responded immediately when the new system quit functioning. The problem was fixed with new wiring. Chris and Reginald were a good team courteous and very knowledgeable.

America's Best has been servicing our HVAC for the past several years, and have always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Chris in particular has been spectacular to work with. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

America's Best installed a high-efficiency RUUD HVAC unit last fall and I've had anywhere between 10-40% cut in my electric/gas usage each month since. And the temp has been much more consistent throughout the house as well.

Chris is an awesome guy! I had an A/C problem and he fixed it for me. He was professional, courteous and very mindful as he gave me his undivided attention the whole time I spoke to him. Wow, not many people do that. We need more people like him when it comes to customer service. He explained things to me in a very expert manner. I will definitely call and request him for all of my A/C and heating problems. Well done Chris! and Bravo Zulu!

I found Americas Best during my google search. I had an emergency with my A/C what burned out. They responded quickly to my call, Technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable about the units and their job. The next day I received a new A/C and Furnace. Their work performance was awesome and thorough. I am very happy that I gave Americas Best a chance, I definitely will stay with them.

We woke up to a very hot house Saturday morning. I called Chris, and he was out to check the unit within the hour. We have an infant in the house, and he did everything possible to get us up and running. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit, so there was nothing more he could do. He worked us into an already full schedule Monday, and stayed until 8 PM to be sure the baby had cool air. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hard work. Excellent in every way!

Excellent service. Everything was well explained and easy to understand so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have lived in my house for 5 years and did not realize how dirty my AC unit was until I saw it get cleaned. After the repairs and cleaning, my unit looked a lot cleaner and runs a lot better. I expect to get many more years out of my AC unit and will use them for my next routine maintenance.

My husband and I were having quite a few issues with our AC over the last year and two different companies came out insisted that we needed to replace our unit. We saw a commercial for America's Best Heating and Cooling and figured we would give them a try.



The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. He took his time in explaining and showing what type of problems we were encountering and why. He did explain that we would probably need replacement in the next 12 to 24 months, but told us that repairs could be done that would not require immediate replacement. This was greatly appreciated as we were not in a position yet to do so. I will not only recommend them to all of our friends, but will definitely call them when it is time for replacement.
